The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region has adopted a Programme for development cooperation and international partnership activities 2010-2013, a concrete instrument for the implementation of international partnership directives envisioned in regional law no. 19 of 2000.
The global strategy aims primarily at three objectives: preventing economic inequalities, distributing natural resources in a fair way and supporting long-lasting development policies.
The procedures for accessing funds are differentiated and suitable for diverse needs, but the aims of the international cooperation always take into first consideration support for the expansion of economic development, the consolidation of democratic processes and the progressive integration of the combination of rights and juridical obligations that unite and link the member states of the European Union.
With these directives in mind, thanks to the contribution of people and ideas from development agencies, associations of the productive world, Chambers of Commerce, universities, science and technology parks, local agencies, with the
Qualified presence of the most committed members of civil society, the Region is present in those strategic geographic areas of the European continent (such as the Balkans and Eastern countries) in addition to the Mediterranean Basin (North Africa and the Middle East), in Asia (Vietnam and India) and South America (Brazil and Argentina).
Informest was established in 1991 under the Italian Law 9/1/91 n.19, with the objective of promoting economic development and internationalisation process.

Informest is one of the four national agencies for cooperation in the area of Southeast Europe (L.84/01). Informest working with Central Institutions, regional and local Authorities, International organisation, carried out more than 200 project acting as both implementing body of national and regional programmes and also as coordinator of transnational projects in the financial and technical management.
Since its foundation Informest has continued to increase the number of focus countries: from Southeast Europe to the Baltic Sea, from Russia to the Republics of the former Soviet Union and looking towards Far Eastern countries such as China Mongolia and Vietnam.
Informest counts on 34 people as permanent staff specialised in international relations, project management, supported by a network of more than 50 local highly qualified correspondents. Informest has also its own web-farm specialised in software development, design, development and update of web sites.
Regional Development Agency of Slavonia and Baranja is non profit ltd founded by local and regional authorities - City of Osijek and Osijek-Baranja County. Vision of the Agency is to be the link between public, private and civil sector in building up of strategic partnerships in application and implementation of projects that contribute to rising of life standard on the territory of Slavonia and Baranja. Our mission is promotion of regional development through available EU funds as well as other international funds, according to the priorities set out in the Regional operational plan, and attracting foreign investors to our territory. The main activities of the Agency are: technical and advising support in programmes of international and regional cooperation; exchange of information aiming at regional development and creation of local, cross-border and international networks; promotion of the territory; support to development programmes including public-private partnerships, direct investments and joint ventures; mediation in cooperation with national and international financial institutions; attraction of direct foreign investments (FDI); building up institutional capacities; technical assistance to local authorities in application of project proposals meant for financing by pre-accession funds of the EU, etc.
The Agency manages the Representation office of Slavonia and Baranja and Croatian Panonija in Brussels (Rue Montoyer 18/B, 1000 Brussels, Belgium). This office provides for the presence of the City of Osijek and County Osijek-Baranja at the very heart of the European Union.
The Association of pepper producers "Capsicum annuum", was established in the year 2002 with the idea to unite producers of pepper in Ruski Krstur, Serbia. The Association started to address the issues of its members more actively in the year 2011. The aim of the Association is to assist producers in finding favorable production material for the production of seedlings and final products, it provides education and training to its members by bringing experts , promoting the products in exhibitions and fairs and thus attract potential buyers. Ruski Krstur is a village in the municipality of Kula, in western Backa district of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Serbia. According to the census of the year 2011 it has 4560 inhabitants, mostly members of the Ruthenian nationality. Ruthenians on the territory of Vojvodina live more than 260 years. They moved from the northeastern counties of the former Hungarian Empire, the area of eastern Slovakia, Transcarpathian area of Ukraine and Hungary. Ruski Krstur is a cultural and educational center of the Ruthenians in Serbia and the local community RuskiKrstur is one of the local governments within the Municipality of Kula and is responsible for the efficient management and administration of the village.
